A family man, he and his wife Christy have four children and one granddaughter. They spend a lot of time together in the pool, at the water park or at Notre Dame Football Games. Giving back to the community is also central to his life. Jim has been on the Executive Committee for Angola Balloons Aloft for fourteen years which supports local charities in and around Steuben County. He is also involved in supporting other charities such as The Third & Goal Foundation which supports Veterans and their Families as well as The Jimmy V Foundation for cancer research.
