Brent Simpson

I am the youngest son of Jerry and Gail Simpson, the founding owners/brokers of CENTURY 21 Simpson & Associates.  The company joined CENTURY 21 in 1992 and we have received the Quality Service Office Award every year since 1993.  We focus and pride ourselves on the highest customer service possible.    




I am a graduate of Western Hills High School and I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Kentucky (Go Big Blue!). I held positions as a Staff Accountant, Assistant Accounting Manager, Accounting Manager and Controller for two automotive manufacturers for 17 years.  I was also a  financial examiner for the Kentucky Department of Insurance, where I performed statutory audits of Kentucky-domiciled insurance companies.  I hold active licenses as a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Financial Examiner.  I have served on the Simon House Board, been ordained as a deacon in my church, and enjoy being an active member of my community.    




In 2008, I become a REALTOR and joined the family business where I played a key role in the daily operations of the company. In 2020, I took over the Broker role from my Dad. In my real estate career, I obtained the Pinnacle Quality Service Agent Award from 2013 to 2017 and every year since 2019. I specialize in residential units and commercial properties and help buyers and sellers in Central Kentucky and also have a working knowledge of rental and investment properties. I love helping my clients and making sure that the process is smooth. I look forward to helping you make the next move.
