Michael Allen

I’m Mike Allen, president, CEO, and Co-founder of Quantum Realty Group, the parent company of Century 21 Jordan-Link & Company, a globally recognized Top 25 Century 21 franchise, and Homes for Rent, Inc, a prominent property management company, both located in the San Joaquin Valley, California.


Over the past 25+ years, I’ve had the privilege of training and mentoring high-performing salespeople, delivering over 1000 presentations and training events. My other leadership roles include Director of National Accounts Sales Support for Hubbell Lighting, Inc, President of the Orange Belt Board of Realtors, President of the Tulare County Association of Realtors, and multiple terms as a State Director of the California Association of Realtors.


I am celebrating my 27th year as a real estate investor. As managing partner in five real estate partnerships spanning 3 States and overseeing a portfolio exceeding $25 million, I bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table.


My debut book, “The Quantum Real Estate Agent: The Blueprint for Developing Your Competitive Edge,” will be released with Forbes Publishing in December 2024. It is a narrative of triumph over adversity that shares my personal journey and insights, which have helped me achieve peak success in the real estate industry.
