We are renting a beautiful single-family house with a wonderful garden in a quiet neighborhood of detached houses. The house is built to a high standard, with triple-glazed Alu-wood windows, underfloor heating with a heat pump and backup gas heating, a ventilation system with heat recovery, a fireplace, cooling with convectors, electric blinds, and AC control via an app. The house has been upgraded to a smart home and is equipped with smart installations (automation is enabled via Apple HomeKit and Google Home).

The house has a flexible layout, allowing for 2-4 bedrooms. It has a garage for one car, with a charging station already installed in the garage, and outside there is a carport and 2 parking spaces for visitors.

Landlord's condition for concluding the deal:

• Minimum rental period of at least 24 months
• The amount of the security deposit is: 7,000 EUR.
• The tenant covers part of the additional services, i.e. the preparation of the lease agreement, which includes the following actions by the agent: handover of the property and preparation of the handover report, assistance with transferring subscriptions, preparation and storage of photographic material, in accordance with the price list stated in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, so that the tenant, at the advertised rent and rental period, pays a one-time fee for additional services of 3,500 EUR plus 22% VAT, for a total of 4,270 EUR.
