She is a graduate of Wyatt Institute of Real Estate where she obtained her Broker license 20+ years ago. She has been a BIC at various locations throughout the state. Tracy was an instructor at Fortune Academy where she developed a passion for teaching and mentoring real estate professionals. Currently leading the Boiling Springs branch of Century 21 Blackwell & Co, Tracy combines a strategic vision with hands-on leadership to empower agents and ensure the greatest service for all clients. Known for expertise in team development and client relations, Tracy has a proven record of driving success through innovative solutions and a deep understanding of the local real estate landscape along with agent & customer satisfaction. When not optimizing business strategies, Tracy enjoys spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren and is an active member at Resurrection Baptist in Cowpens SC.
