As a young man he was heavily involved in 4-H, played high school football, and went on to play college football at Chadron State. For 20+ years after college he worked in different parts of the energy industry performing various aspects of oil and gas development. The knowledge and communication skills given to him through past experiences have made the transition into the sales industry seamless. Jason is dedicated to his family, raising three daughters, and helping his parents on their family ranch.
Beyond his professional achievements, Jason is deeply involved in the community, actively volunteering on the Sheridan County Fair Board, serving as a 4-H leader and supporting local youth organizations that strive to make a positive impact.
