Teri Markley

Teri Markley is a Polk County Native. Raised in the beautiful town of Bartow, FL. She has proudly served the Polk County FL area her entire career in real estate. She was the owner/broker of “Home Run Realty” for 20 years.
Teri joined the Watson & Myers CENTURY 21 family in 2022 to give her more tools to assist her in meeting her clients’ needs. She is passionate about helping clients buy, sell, invest and even rent. She understands how stressful the process can be. She takes the time to provide a unique strategy that will help her clients achieve their real estate goals. Specializing in guiding clients through the entire process, from start to finish. Teri takes the time to get to know her clients and understand their needs. Offering the best advice and recommendations to help clients make the right decisions for them. Teri is also experienced in helping clients find financing options and navigating the paperwork.
When she is not helping clients with their real estate needs, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling and being outdoors.
