Heather A. Hicks is a third-generation Realtor® with a lifelong foundation in real estate and a reputation for results across Florida’s competitive markets. Licensed since 2015, she specializes in commercial, multi-family, and residential sales and leasing throughout the Treasure Coast, as well as Brevard, Okeechobee, Indian River, and Western Palm Beach Counties.

Originally from Fort Lauderdale and raised in Wellington, Heather has deep roots in South Florida. Since relocating the Treasure Coast in 2015, she has built a trusted network and strong local expertise across the region.




Beyond real estate, Heather is passionate about giving back—actively supporting animal rescue organizations and advocating for veteran housing initiatives.
