Yvonne started Real Estate 30 years ago when her son Daniel was 11 years old, he now her real estate partner. They are Team Petty the Mother Son Team. Yvonne received from the California Association of Realtors the Betty Dobkin Award, an award given for helping first time buyers. Something that brings her and her son great joy. In 2018 she was the recipient of the Arcadia Association Realtor of the Year award.
