Todd Gaines

Todd Gaines turned his love for the Lake of the Ozarks into a full-time lifestyle and career. After relocating from Illinois, Todd was inspired by the exceptional service he received as a client and knew he wanted to provide that same experience to others through real estate. Today, he brings over 37 years of customer service experience and a strong entrepreneurial background to every client relationship.

Before real estate, Todd owned and operated several successful businesses in Illinois. He founded Complete Care Automotive in Libertyville in 1995 and ran it for 23 years before selling the business in 2018. He also co-owned Indian Motorcycle of Libertyville, where he led the service department and helped the dealership earn the #1 ranking in customer satisfaction nationwide. From 2019 to 2021, he and his wife owned and operated RT. 41 Roadhouse in Wadsworth, Illinois.

Todd is known for his honesty, professionalism, and ability to guide clients through each step of the buying or selling process. As a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, and the MLS, he is well-connected with industry professionals both locally and nationally—allowing him to provide seamless service and valuable insights.
