I’ve called Northern Virginia home since arriving in 1995 on an Air Force assignment. After 20 years of service—retiring as a Major and Chief Systems Engineer—I was positioned to continue in engineering and defense contracting. But I felt God was leading me in a different direction, toward work where I could help people in a more tangible, personal way. That calling is what led me into real estate in early 2004.

 As of 2026, I’ve been in real estate for 22 years and have closed 700+ transactions. I lead The Lighthouse Team at Century 21, a top-ranked team in Virginia and nationally, and we’re known for steady guidance, strong negotiation, and clear communication from start to finish.

 I’m deeply familiar with Prince William, Fairfax, and Loudoun counties, and I’ve helped hundreds of buyers and sellers across all three. Living in Prince William County and working throughout the broader Northern Virginia market gives me on-the-ground insight into neighborhood trends, pricing patterns, and the details that shape a winning strategy—whether you’re buying, selling, or doing both.

 We also leverage technology with purpose. From data-driven pricing and modern digital marketing to streamlined communication and systems, we reduce friction, keep clients informed, and maximize exposure when it matters most.

 Outside of real estate, my wife Paula and I are active leaders in our church and community. Our family owns Vita Nova Creatives & Coffee in Nokesville, I serve as a board member for the Nokesville Business Association, and I volunteer as a mission pilot and senior leader in the Civil Air Patrol.
