Thomas Avery

Tom Avery has been in the homebuilding industry for nearly 30 years and is President of CarrHomes Custom Build. He is an expert in homebuilding, land acquisition, and development, with a focus on building luxury custom homes in Northern Virginia. Tom prides himself on building lasting relationships with his clients by truly listening and understanding their unique vision and needs for their dream home. Tom has lived in Western Loudoun County for the past 20 years and has a deep understanding of the local markets and its growth. His passions for the community, building quality homes, and serving clients are what drive him in his work. When not working, Tom is an avid runner and enjoys biking, golfing, and spending time with his wife, daughters, and labrador Hazel (aka - Hurricane Hazel!)
