Meet Sydney Seelinger, a newly licensed Real Estate Agent, born and raised in Martinsburg, West Virginia. She has always called this town home and she is passionate about helping others put down roots in the community she knows and loves. Sydney married her high school sweetheart, and together they are raising their toddler in the same area that shaped them. Being a wife and mom has given her a deeper understanding of just how meaningful “home” truly is. She brings that perspective to every client relationship, along with strong communication, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to serve.

Her passion for working with people comes from wanting to help others through life’s most memorable moments. Whether clients are buying their first home, upgrading for a growing family, downsizing, or preparing to sell, Sydney understands that real estate is more than just a transaction, it’s a major life milestone! Her goal is simple: to make clients feel confident, comfortable, and cared for every step of the way.
