Suzanne Hood

I've been living in Santa Cruz County since 1987 and the rest of my life in the SF Bay Area. The challenge of locating and marketing properties for clients, creating new relationships, fostering old ones and finding solutions for interesting problems are what I love about this business!

It's important to work with the right agent, I became a REALTOR® to address the uncertainties of both Buyers and Sellers during this transition while having some fun in the process. I'm here to market your home or search for your new property that meets the criteria while negotiating the best sales price and timeline for a smooth transaction. Each transaction has a life of its own and no two are exactly the same. No matter what comes up, I'll be right here with you to work it out.
