Samer moved to Tampa, Fl after being born and raised in Brooklyn, NY for 33 years of his life. Growing up in NYC, his goal was always to be a real estate entrepreneur after seeing the value in owning real estate. He started investing in the Tampa area over 20 years ago and the potential here is what made him decide to move down to this great city! For over 20 years he has been buying, selling, and flipping real estate.
