As a proud North Carolina native, I've had the privilege of calling many corners of the Triangle home. This journey has given me a unique perspective and deep-rooted knowledge of the communities, neighborhoods, and opportunities that make this region such a special place to live.

My passion for Real Estate has been cultivated throughout my life. Growing up in a family of investors and working with the family-owned Schrader Properties, I've witnessed firsthand the power of real estate to create stability, opportunity, and generational wealth. That experience fuels my passion to help others tap into the advantages of property ownership, whether through buying a first home, investing, or exploring commercial opportunities.

I am especially dedicated to serving communities often underrepresented in real estate, with a particular focus on empowering Hispanic families and individuals. As a bilingual agent fluent in both English and Spanish, I strive to educate, guide, and advocate for those working to break generational cycles and create new opportunities for themselves and their families.

Outside of real estate, I love exploring the diverse beauty of North Carolina—its neighborhoods, shops, and cultural experiences, from enjoying local activities to joining in the energy of Latin dancing. Most of all, I value building meaningful connections and lifting up the vibrant communities that make the Triangle such a dynamic place to call home.
