Originally from New York/New Jersey area, Owen “Steve” Cunjie spent many winters dreaming of a life in sunny Florida—filled with beaches, fishing, gardening, and a more peaceful pace. Now living that dream in Ocala, he’ll tell you it was the best decision he ever made (second only to marrying his beautiful wife, Anissa).
