I purchased my first home when I was just 22 years old and I know the long-term financial stability home ownership can bring.
I have a heart of service, with experience listening to the individual and collective needs of many, while bringing divergent perspectives together to find common ground. I have managed financial constraints and other realities of business and life, developed and administered multi-million dollar budgets, I am a responsible steward of resources, and have successfully navigated relationships with key external constituents-all while maintaining a sense of calm and good humor. I serve my real estate clients and customers in a compassionate, enthusiastic, holistic, yet strategic, practical and highly effective manner.
I will be by your side to assist you during tough negotiations and in developing creative solutions to dealing with the expected and sometimes unexpected challenges of the home buying and selling process. I have been an Arizona resident for four decades and have loved raising my three children in the Flagstaff community for the past 16 years.
