Michelle Moreau

With over 30 years in the real estate industry as a paralegal specializing in foreclosures, collections, title claims, and commercial litigation, Michelle has a vast knowledge of the legal aspects of real estate.  Through her experiences as a real estate investor and property manager, Michelle has first-hand knowledge on how stressful buying, selling, and leasing can be, so she strives to provide others with a stress-free and pleasant experience.  Michelle treats her client's wants and needs as her own in securing the best property and striking the best deal for them. She is motivated by "the hunt" in finding the perfect place, the satisfaction of a job well done, and the smile of her happy clients.  


She is a native Floridian, residing in Jacksonville and Atlantic Beach for more years than she cares to add here, so she has a wealth of information about the area, the schools, and the unique aspects of each neighborhood.  She is full of energy and love for this beautiful town she calls home.  When not working hard to earn and keep your business, you can find her on the beach, at the gym, biking, paddle boarding, playing tennis, dancing, traveling, or just hanging out with her two sweet kids. 


Michelle serves her community as President of the Courtyards of Atlantic Beach and former President of Westland Plantation Homeowners Association.  She is also a member of the Atlantic Beach Working Women's Tennis Team.
