Michelle Hermsen

My background is construction management and estimating large commercial and industrial projects. I have traveled the country training others in project management as well as being a regional controller for eight offices in the Southern United States. My contract negotiating skills, organization skills, attention to detail, and the importance of project deadlines started with this job. I was born and raised in Iowa and have lived in Arizona, Oklahoma, and here in Florida since 1988. My husband and I have two daughters and one fantastic grandson. My passion has always been real estate. I love looking at homes, working with sellers and buyers, and through my construction background; I have always worked with contracts. I am proud to call Ormond Beach, FL my home and I love my job! Essentially, my job is to drive up and down the beach all day, locating that perfect home for truly fantastic people.
