Licensed since 2015 and a proud member of the CENTURY 21 Affiliates team, Michelle Epperson brings a unique blend of industry expertise, local insight, and heartfelt service to every transaction. With a specialty in foreclosures and REO sales, Michelle thrives on helping buyers find the perfect home and guiding sellers through smooth, stress-free closings.

Before becoming a licensed REALTOR®, Michelle spent over 20 years with CENTURY 21 Affiliates in a staff capacity, including more than 15 years in the Relocation Department. Her experience assisting corporate clients moving in and out of Ocala and Marion County gives her a deep understanding of the process—and a true edge when working with relocating buyers and sellers today.

In her first year as a licensed agent, Michelle was honored as the 2016 OMCAR Rookie of the Year for selling over $1 million in real estate. She has been recognized as an OMCAR Top Professional every year since and is a consistent multi-million dollar producer. In addition to her personal achievements, Michelle played a key role in helping CENTURY 21 Affiliates earn the AnywheRE Lead Network’s prestigious Five Star Circle of Excellence Award in 2017, 2018, and 2020. She was also named the Century 21\342\200\223AnywheRE Lead Network’s Relocation Director of the Year in 2018.



Michelle is deeply proud of her military family roots—her grandfather served in the U.S. Navy, her father in the U.S. Marine Corps, and her brother in the U.S. Army. When she’s not helping clients, she’s enjoying time with her two incredible daughters, relaxing at the beach, or cheering on her Florida State Seminoles and Dallas Cowboys.
