Melanie Hogg

Melanie Hogg is a licensed Virginia Realtor and owner of Hogg Real Property Services, a property management company in the Washington, D.C. area. She was inspired by several friends in real estate and a husband who had spent time in the construction management industry. Her clients recognize Melanie as genuine, professional, and highly dedicated to service. She brings a unique set of skills leveraging technology including data analytics, social media, and other internet services for marketing and market intelligence, while always remembering that real estate is a business based on relationships.



Melanie views her work as a long-term endeavor, wanting to build a lifelong relationship with her clients and other industry partners. Her business continues to grow organically because of her industry expertise and ability to understand her client’s needs while also being candid and honest with clients. She works with a team of professionals that can provide additional services such as investment property analysis, renovations, and financing. Melanie is a Pittsburgh native who attended the University of Pittsburgh and moved to the Northern Virginia area in 2005. She resides in West End Alexandria with her husband and three children.  In her free time, she enjoys fostering puppies, cooking, and entertaining friends and family.
