Melanie Banks is a resilient and accomplished real estate broker with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Licensed as a broker in four states, she continues to lead with expertise, integrity, and a deep commitment to agent development and client service. Melanie began her career as a real estate agent and quickly built a reputation as a knowledgeable, driven professional. After eight successful years in sales, she advanced to become a broker, further expanding her leadership role within the industry. In 2014, she co-founded Century 21 Veterans alongside Ken Murawski, helping build a strong, growth-focused brokerage that supports agents across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Florida and is excited to join forced with Century 21 Integra. As a single mother for 16 years, Melanie balanced raising her children while growing her real estate career. That experience shaped her resilience, work ethic, and ability to guide others through both professional and personal challenges. Beyond real estate, Melanie is deeply involved in her community. She coaches volleyball and track and field at her children?s high school, reflecting her passion for mentorship and leadership. Today, Melanie continues to serve as broker across four states, focusing on empowering agents, elevating standards, and helping clients achieve their real estate goals with confidence.
