Lauren Fortinberry

Growing up, I wanted to be an Architect. I would spend hours drawing houses in my sketchbooks and saved my allowance money to purchase Architectural Digest.  

I graduated from Albion College with a degree in Studio Art and Art History. I have always been drawn to and inspired by Art and Design.  But, I was always more business minded than my creative peers.  

My pre-real estate professional work experience includes Graphic Design, Photography, Marketing, Web /App Development and Project/Account Management.  This skillset helps me uniquely market my listings as well as offer consultations to my buyers and sellers on home renovation projects, design, staging, paint colors and decor choices.   My clients have joked that I have a super power of seeing through walls. It helps my Buyers conceptualize the potential of their future living space, and helps my sellers get top dollar for theirs.

I work really hard for my clients.  I do not take it lightly that you are trusting me to manage such an important and major transaction for you and your family.   Many of my clients who refer their friends and family to me do so because of my attention to detail, communication and overall work ethic.

My husband and I currently reside in Clarkston with our two yellow labs; Henry and Walter.
