Kenneth Knieling

Ken Knieling's dedication to helping people, problem solving and negotiating stem from spending 40 years in the water industry. For 20 years he enjoyed his position as the water superintendent for the City of Frankenmuth, which then led to a 20-year career in sales for the Municipal Water Industry in Michigan. Little did he know that both paths would be instrumental in grooming him for this newfound career in real estate.

Ken's knowledge gained from his past in the water industry includes understanding the operations and infrastructure of municipalities. His daily interactions with many different people have spurred his passion for helping people, which is real estate “in a nutshell.”

Being born and raised in Frankenmuth, Ken has come to understand the market there but continues to learn more each day! He lives in Frankenmuth with his wife Heidi. Ken and his wife are parents of five grown sons, five grandchildren and two more on the way this year!

Real Estate sales and particularly the decision to join Century 21 Signature has been the perfect position for this stage of life for Ken.
