I have been working full-time as a Realtor since 2004, predominantly assisting Relocation Clients, both Corporate, Military, and Government Employees transitioning as Seller, Buyers or Renters in the Phoenix, Arizona Metroplex.  My main objective, first and foremost, is to meet the expectations of my clients; considering timelines, budgets, relocation guidelines, special needs, and understating contract documents. By providing in-depth information resources to new buyers, I am able to orient clients to a vast area of possibilities for purchasing a home. For Sellers, my resources for planning marketing strategies, promotional sales materials and online exposure have proven to be very effective in securing contracts! I bring years of experience to the table with utmost confidentiality and integrity. My objectives are to keep clients informed and to negotiate the best possible contract.
