Jacob Schneider

Jake Schneider has been a Waukesha County resident since childhood and currently calls Hartland home. Following graduation in 2005 from Catholic Memorial High School in Waukesha, Jake earned his BA degree in Business from the University of Wisconsin (UW) \342\200\223 Milwaukee, majoring in Finance.

Post-college, Jake worked briefly in industrial sales before beginning his career in Real Estate in 2011. In his first year, Jake was named Century 21 Affiliated's Rookie of the Year. Jake has earned Century 21's top designation of “Centurion Producer”; an honor he has repeatedly achieved for the last 9 years.

Jake's successes are the direct result of his unique ability to personally connect with his clients and earn their referrals. He prides himself on being a great listener which translates into delivering results for his clients.

Away from work, Jake enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. He has a passion for the outdoors and enjoys golfing, cooking, bass fishing and hunting.
