Gregory Post is the Broker/Owner of Century 21 Western Realty. He has a reputation for being patient and caring with his clients and agents as well as being very knowledgeable in all areas of real estate. His market insight of the Houston market is exceptional.

 

Greg has illustrated this by being a consistent Multi-Million-dollar producer since the mid 80’s in listing and selling Residential and Commercial properties in the greater Houston area. He assists sellers and buyers to determine the market value for real property; markets and advertise real property and helps present and negotiate contracts.

 

Other area of responsibilities includes recruiting, training, coaching and managing real estate agents. Greg currently is the broker responsibility for over 80 licensed agents.

Since 1984, Greg has a specialty in working with Relocation Companies. His company is a Cartus approved office, as well as other major relocation companies and is a ERC Member.  Greg oversees The Century 21 Global Agent Initiative recognizing our position in a global economy.

 

With Greg’s supervision the company is accomplished at listing, market and managing foreclosure (REO) properties for leading banks and Asset Management Companies. With a distress properties designation, Greg also supervises the short sale listings of the company.
