Gary Heiligman services home buyers, sellers and real estate investors in the greater Columbia, Chapin, Irmo and Lake Murray, SC area. I spent several years in Washington D.C. at the number one Century 21 broker in the nation working with 65 Realtors and was involved in overseeing hundreds of real estate transactions. Family relocated to Chapin and affiliated with the Century 21 J Bolos team. My wife is a retired US Army dentist and Fort Leavenworth is named after her great grandfather. I am an avid bike rider and reader, with a special interest in historical fiction. I enjoy sports and music of all kinds and once upon a time played in a rock and blues band. Nothing beats spending time with family which includes five kids (three boys and two girls). Helping people find the perfect home, selling quickly or getting that great investment opportunity is a passion of mine.
