Doug came to Sarasota/Manatee County in 2012 as an Ohio native and found his forever home here. He quickly realized he could live his best life in Florida with the finest weather and plentiful opportunities. Doug comes to Real Estate with over 20 years of experience in Marketing and a BFA from Miami University of Ohio. With his vast marketing background, Doug possesses in-depth knowledge of corporate and start-up marketing, construction, and business management.




Doug is a Certified Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), and a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) from the National Association of Realtors. He also holds a Certified Waterfront Specialist designation (CWS) from the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee Counties.




Doug has adopted the mentality of “work hard, play hard”. With his wife by his side, he loves to travel and is very active enjoying hiking, water sports, and boating. A few of his favorite local spots to unwind are Lido Beach, Bird Key Park, Calusa Brewing, and Bricks restaurant.
