Deb Mullan

Hi! I'm Deb Mullan and I have deep roots in the northern Virginia area. I grew up in Greece and Hong Kong, attended Yorktown HS in Arlington and graduated from George Washington University. My broad background includes employment on Capitol Hill, Department of HHS, and 30+ years in mortgage banking and real estate combined. I am both a Certified Master Gardener and Gardener Volunteer with Fairfax County. Although I should have been a farmer, I chose real estate as my profession! Because my knowledge extends beyond the bounds of listing and selling homes, I am in a unique position to offer insight into other aspects of real estate which affect the transaction such as appraisals and mortgage financing. I have long standing relationships with contractors, movers, and organizers that can assist you with moving; mortgage bankers who can handle your financing needs, and attorneys who can guide you through the legal aspects of real estate.
