Daniel Terhune

Hi, my name is Dan, licensed Real Estate Agent and Associate Broker. I started my Real Estate journey in 2013. Since that time, I have earned the Presidential Award multiple years as well as being a multimillion-dollar producer. Currently I serve on the Board of Realtors as co-chair on MLS/computer Committee as well as the Grievance Committee. I specialize in residential and commercial properties and enjoy working with first time home buyers, buyers looking to up or down size, and multi family investors. Through the years I have developed a good working relationship with local banks/lenders, and attorneys which enables me to better assist buyers and sellers through their buying/selling process. 

 

I have become very familiar with the area having lived in Chautauqua County my entire life starting with being born in Jamestown, and being raised in Randolph. Since 2000, I have lived in Frewsburg with my wife, Heather, whom I have been married to for 25 plus years. Together we have three beautiful children and one grandchild. As our children were growing up, I was active as a coach for football, baseball, softball, bowling, and basketball. I volunteered as a Cub Scout and Boy Scout Leader for many years. I joined the local Masonic Lodge in 2010, and since that time I have held various offices in our local Lodge, in Chautauqua District, and with the Grand Lodge of the State of New York. Currently, I serve on our Town Zoning Board. 

 

In my free time I enjoy watching the Buffalo Bills, shooting trap, kayaking, bicycling, bowling league, and spending time with my family.
