Chad was raised in Lexington, SC and graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History. Along with his extensive knowledge of the Greater Columbia market, he has over15 years of experience in sales, construction, remodeling and residential real estate. To date, Chad has closed over $65MM in residential and commercial sales in the Greater Columbia, SC market. In addition to the local Columbia market, Chad has experience in acquiring, renovating, leasing and selling real estate in 14 other markets throughout the Southeast and Midwest.
Chad enjoys spending time with his wife, Kayla, and their two children, Cam and Kalli. Cam loves dancing, theatre and hanging out with family and friends. Kalli played softball at Lexington High School, graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Wildlife Biology and Fisheries and currently resides in the Upstate. They both enjoy giving me a hard time and keeping me humble!
In his spare time, you can find Chad playing mediocre golf, watching/ playing any sport, hanging out near a body of water or enjoying a good meal and a good craft beer.
