A home is so much more than just a house—it is an environment--a place to raise a family, entertain friends, and gather for celebrations.

My life journey through education and my experiences has given me the ability to provide superior guidance to my home sellers and buyers.  Having lived in multiple states and countries, I understand the importance of finding a haven to nurture one’s family and self.  My roots in Baton Rouge go deep as my husband and I, both LSU alums, have lived in Baton Rouge for the past 30 years and we enjoy the lifestyle that living in this capital city and university town offers.

My motto is “Let Anne do your Home Work” and I take it seriously. The many positive surveys and referrals that I have received from my clients reflect the fact that my services are crucial and helpful. This gives me delight and fulfillment that is evident in my client relationships.

 I enjoy working with first time homebuyers, sellers, and relocation.  Another passion of mine is working with mature buyers and sellers who are interested in “rightsizing” to a home that will suit their needs going forward.
