Amber Stodart

Amber is a Central Florida native, breast cancer survivor, and Full-Time REALTOR.  She brings a unique perspective to life, client relationships, and each real estate transaction.  Whether a buyer, seller, or investor, Amber thinks of every one of her clients as family.  Her first priority is to make her clients happy and she strives to keep the process fluid, successful, and as stress-free as possible.  

Amber has an intense passion for real estate with personal experience in primary, investment, and five-star vacation rental properties for over 22 years.  Amber utilizes her professional experience in residential mortgage underwriting, finance, and client relationship management to assist you with all of your real estate needs.  She leverages her tireless work ethic, knowledge, and over 30 years of local experience of CENTURY 21 Beggins to your benefit.  


Along with her husband and two children, Amber spends most of her free time enjoying our beaches, boating, and reinforcing all the amazing reasons she calls St. Petersburg home.  From the Beaches to the Bay and beyond, Amber is in love with St. Pete and the surrounding Bay area.  She is excited to work with you and help you to share her motto in life ... “Live It Sweet”!
