Hi, I'm Alycia Gaines. I was born and raised in eastern North Carolina and moved to Western NC when I was 18. I quickly fell in love with the mountains, and I'm proud to call this area my forever home. I'm happily married and the proud mom of some amazing kids.

Before beginning my real estate career, I spent ten years working in various government roles focused on serving our community. That experience taught me the importance of listening, communicating, and understanding each person's unique needs—skills that continue to guide every client relationship today. Helping people isn't just part of my job; it's who I am.
