Alycia Gaines

Hi, I’m Alycia Gaines. I was born and raised in eastern North Carolina and made the move to Western NC at 18. I've loved it here ever since and decided to make it my forever home. I’ve been happily married for thirteen years and am a proud mom to three amazing kids.

Before real estate, I spent ten years working in various government roles focused on helping people in our community. That experience taught me how to truly listen and understand individual needs—something I carry into every real estate transaction. Helping people isn’t just part of my job—it’s who I am.

As a full-time real estate agent who travels throughout Western North Carolina, I’ve had the opportunity to help both buyers and sellers across multiple counties. I also have experience in land sales, which adds another layer of knowledge and service for my clients.

My goal is to create a relaxed, enjoyable experience for my clients while guiding them through each step of the process. I want you to feel confident, informed, and excited when you sit down at the closing table.
