The unit is filled with natural light but also features blackout shades for when you need a darker, more restful environment. Kick back in the living room with a movie night on Netflix, enjoy the luxurious rain shower, and take advantage of the ample storage space throughout. Applicants must have verifiable income, good credit. It is a SMOKE FREE property. Application fee is $50 (per person). Security deposit is $1,000 (refundable). 3 month minimum lease requested.
