Michelle Schnake

Growing up in Mid-Missouri, I've watched local communities grow and blossom over time! Originally from Mexico, MO., I moved to Columbia to go to college and fell in love with this thriving college town! There is always something to do in Columbia, whether you love sports, art, or the outdoors! I spent my first 20 years here as a science teacher at a local middle school. Alongside teaching, I coached Science Olympiad, track and volleyball! Real estate was suggested to me by a good friend and I'm so grateful! I've been selling real estate since 2018 and I have found that I am truly passionate about real estate! Whether it be helping families find their dream homes or prepping a home to sell quickly on market, I love this industry! My years in education have given me a unique perspective and strong understanding of people's needs and priorities. I have a proven track record of success in problem solving and negotiation.  I prioritize relationship building with my clients as I guide them through the real estate process from start to finish and beyond!
