Mariah Matthews

Mariah Matthews is a Lexington, South Carolina native and dedicated real estate professional proudly serving her community through Century 21 803 Realty. Licensed since 2017, Mariah is known for her integrity, strong negotiation skills, local knowledge, and relationship-driven approach to real estate.

Mariah holds two associate degrees in Business and Marketing, with additional studies in Accounting from Midlands Technical College, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science from Columbia College. Her diverse professional background includes experience in construction, accounting, sales, and education?giving her a unique perspective and practical understanding that she brings to every transaction.

Whether helping a client sell a longtime home, purchase their first property, build new, find land, or explore an investment opportunity, Mariah believes every client deserves personalized attention, honest communication, and someone firmly in their corner. Her experience spans residential homes, new construction, lakefront properties, acreage and country living, manufactured homes and land packages, commercial real estate, and investment properties.

Mariah works alongside her husband, Earl, as Team Matthews. Both have been licensed since 2017, combining their individual strengths and experience to provide clients with knowledgeable, hands-on service from beginning to closing and beyond.

Outside of real estate, Mariah enjoys spending time with Earl, their two Weimaraners, and their sons and their families. Whether riding trails on their RZRs, discovering new places, or checking out local happenings, family, adventure, and community are an important part of her life.
