Debbie Cardwell has over a decade of sales experience in the Lynchburg, Bedford, Campbell, and Amherst counties of Virginia but she doesn’t view herself as a “sales person.” She is passionate about real estate and knows it’s not about the sale: it’s about the service. She places her buyer’s or seller’s needs above all else and prides herself on being open, honest and straight forward.

Born and raised in Pennsylvania, she relocated to the lovely Lynchburg area many years ago. Debbie enjoys people—getting to know each client and helping them explore and refine their needs and criteria for success. Debbie is thankful for the years she spent in the wholesale building materials industry, the world of home mortgages and home appraisals when it comes to advising clients on the anatomy of a home. Her experience only provides her with more tools for her clients to utilize.
