Patrick Precourt

Patrick Precourt was born and raised in Cromwell Connecticut.   His entrepreneurial interest in real estate was seeded early as both his parents have been involved in real estate for the past 20 plus years.

After graduating Xavier high school, Patrick spent 3 years living in  Santa Barbara, CA, working at a high end retail outlet center specifically to get a better understanding of  sales, marketing and customer service.

Patrick is now living back in CT providing the best customer care to his real estate customers.

His  hobbies include surfing, photography, and training MMA/ jiu-jitsu at his family's locally owned fitness/ martial arts center.
