Terrell Newberry

Terrell Newberry is an owner and broker for Century 21 First Coast. Terrell holds an Associate of Science degree from Florida State College at Jacksonville. He is a certified real estate brokerage manager and graduate of the National Association of Realtors REALTOR® Institute, earning him the prestigious GRI designation. In his approach to real estate, Terrell believes in transparency, doing the right thing and making the hard phone calls first. His professional focus is on training new associates and maintaining a strong company culture of family and fairness. Outside of work, he serves as the Florida Realtors District Vice President and is a director of the National Association of Realtors.
