Shannon Coulter

Goodyear and the Greater Phoenix area are great places to live and work, which is why Shannon Coulter chose to call it home. With roots in California, Arkansas and North Dakota, Shannon came to Goodyear to enjoy the mild winters, recreation, entertainment and, of course, the sun! Real estate is a passion for Shannon, and with her previous real estate experience and experience as a Project Manager, it is easy to see why she can help identify each client’s desires and skillfully guide them in fulfilling their real estate goals.
Shannon is part of the Century 21 Northwest family but is not just passionate about helping families find their next home. Shannon loves being part of community events and serving in her local church.
When Shannon is not in the office or volunteering, you will often find her spending time with her husband, two grown children, future daughter-in-law and all our pets!
