Emily Qing Hui Wang

Emily Wang is a Philadelphia-based real estate professional with 20+ years of experience serving diverse local and international clients in residential and commercial transactions with a background as an immigration and family law paralegal. As a CIPS designee, the first CIPS Instructor in Pennsylvania and NAR CIPS Advisory Board member, she is a recognized leader in global real estate and helped shape the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors® Strategic Plan with her global marketing proposal.

Emily has organized GPAR’s first global webinars to promote CIPS designation and NAR Global Initiatives in partnership with NAR Global team and has built an extensive international network through her NAR NXT conferences, global delegates meetings, trade missions to Dubai, China, Jamaica, Mexico, and more coming up. A major investor for RPAC, a strong advocate for homeownership and fair housing, she co-founded the AREAA Greater Philadelphia Chapter and serves on DEI committees for regional Realtor® associations. She is a board member of Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and serves in DEI and RPAC Fundraising Committees. She is enrolled in the PAR’s 2025-2026 Leadership Training to enhance her leadership skills.

Appointed by Mayor Cherelle Parker, Emily is a Commissioner for the Philadelphia Commission for Women, serves on the Housing Subcommittee, and contributes to Philadelphia250 Women’s Committee and Community Advisory Committee focused on women’s empowerment, community engagement, and promoting Philadelphia on the global stage. Emily likes traveling, hiking, photography, cooking, arts and culture activities.
