Coleen Hetzner

For over 39 years, Coleen Hetzner has been a leader in the real estate industry. She is a licensed Michigan real estate agent with an extensive Property Management background and has represented Century 21 Signature Realty in Frankenmuth for the past 15 years. Coleen holds a degree from Western Michigan University and has received professional designations from the National Association of REALTORS including Certified Property Manager (CPM), and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA). Other certifications include Assisted Housing Manager (AHM) and National Assisted Housing Professional (NAHP Executive). She is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Saginaw Board of Realtors. Living in the Frankenmuth-area for over 24 years, Coleen understands the Frankenmuth market and the uniqueness of the area's real estate. Her commitment to excellence has kept her consistently ranked as a top sales producer earning her the 2020, 2021 and 2023 President's Award for Centurion Production and Quality Service Pinnacle Status. Their daughter, Kate, is a junior at the University of Michigan.
