Carl Hess

As a second-generation Phoenician, Carl brings extensive knowledge to find the perfect location for a primary residence, second home, or investment property. Carl has spent over 30 years as the CEO of a midsize company specializing in manufacturing, marketing, sales, negotiation, and customer service for multiple Fortune 500 companies. Carl’s core values throughout his career have always included trustworthiness, honesty, hard work, and loyalty. Excellent communication skills have been a key to his success. He is passionate about Customer Service and the details of what it takes to make the experience of home buying or selling an enjoyable one and Carl loves helping clients achieve their dreams. Carl is a graduate of Saint Xavier University with both a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and a Master of Business Administration. Over the years he has volunteered for many non-profit groups including Habitat for Humanity, and Angel Flight West, including leadership roles on multiple Board of Directors. When Carl is not helping a client find their new home, he enjoys spending time with family, playing golf, and participating in outdoor activities around our beautiful state.
