Robert is a Certified Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource agent, while Yvonne is a HAFA (Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives) Specialist, resulting in a team that can manage the short sale process with success for sellers and buyers.. They have sold over 25 short sales, with over a 90% success ratio.

Robert and Yvonne have consistently been top producing agents, currently in the top 1% of Realtors nationwide. They have won the President's Circle Award, Chairman's Circle Award , McMillin's Principal Award. In a philanthropic effort to give back to the community, the Cromers served on the Board of Directors for HomeAid San Diego for over 10 years and Robert created PSAR's South County Charity Committee and they are both still actively involved to raise money for organizations like Habitat for Humanity, South Bay Community Services, Unity for Orphans, YMCA and Rady Children's Hospital.
