Before I found my true calling in real estate, I built a career as a research scientist. I hold a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering and earned a patent in organic chemistry — achievements that shaped my analytical mindset and attention to detail. These qualities now help me guide clients with clarity and confidence through one of life’s most meaningful decisions. My real estate journey began in 2007 in Ukraine, where I co-owned a brokerage and helped clients navigate fast-changing markets. In 2014, I was certified by the International Real Estate Company “Dream Home” in Bulgaria. When I moved to Pensacola, Florida in 2017, I discovered not only my new home but also my purpose — helping others find theirs. Today, I proudly serve as a REALTOR® with Century 21 AmeriSouth Realty and hold several professional designations, including Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), and Military Relocation Professional (MRP). Fluent in three languages and experienced in both local and international real estate, I help clients buy, sell, and invest with strategy, integrity, and care — from Northwest Florida to destinations abroad.
