How I work

I listen before I advise. Every property and every client has their own story — a realistic price, the right group of buyers, and their own pace. I don't guess at any of these.

I check everything upfront. Land registry, encumbrances, easements, building documentation, the condition of the property, the surroundings, the location. Seventeen years in insurance taught me where risks hide and how to deal with them before they turn into costs.

I stay available. From the first viewing to the handover of the keys — and after that too.

Why me

I have twenty years of working with people behind me — in sales, in services, and most recently seventeen years in insurance, where I insured apartments, houses, commercial premises, buildings under construction, and the people behind them. From that I brought two things no course can teach: a feel for people, and an understanding of what actually makes a property risky or safe.
