This house at the end of a row is located in an exceptional location, in the immediate vicinity of the beautiful harbor of the small town of Vrsar on the west coast of Istria.

The house currently consists of a ground floor and two floors. On the last floor there is an exit to the terrace with a summer kitchen and a large window with a view of the sea and the port of Vrsar.

The house has been renovated. New carpentry was installed, concrete mezzanine structures were installed, and a facade and a new roof were installed. In the current state, it is only necessary to lay the floors and the interior plaster.
